Website dedicated to our Buyers. Our Buyers are mostly renters who enter lease-purchase deals to transition from renting to owning a home that they can finally call their own. They typically have a challenge that prevents them from being able to provide enough funds for a traditional cash purchase nor can they get a loan or mortgage, or they can, but on punishing terms. They typically need time and/or a plan to guide them to either gathering the funds or applying successfully for a mortgage, sometimes a combination of both, but sometimes they may be in a completely different situation. Every deal is different, every buyer has a different story, what they really all have in common is the need for time to formally complete the purchase. It’s a firm requirement that whatever challenge they may be facing, it’s not a pattern of difficulty in handling finances, regardless of income, and it’s an exception to an otherwise good financial history and outlook.
